Terms of use

terms.asOf

These terms govern use of the platform. Using it means accepting them. They are written to be read: each section says one thing, then stops.

Purpose

The platform provides a leadership questionnaire based on the 7C method, the personal reading that results from it, and tools to work on it over time: journal, commitments, peer feedback.

It is made available free of charge. No donation is required to use it, or to reach any of its content.

Account and access

Opening an account requires a valid email address, which you confirm before anything is stored. Sign-in uses a single-use link or an identity provider; the platform stores no password.

You are responsible for the use made of your account and for the accuracy of the address you provide. An account is personal.

Expected use

By using the platform, you undertake to:

  • not disrupt its operation, circumvent its access controls, or extract its content in bulk;
  • post no unlawful or defamatory content, and none that infringes a third party's rights;
  • enter another person's address, when requesting feedback, only with their agreement;
  • not impersonate another person.

The foundation may suspend an account whose use breaches these rules, with prior warning where circumstances allow.

Your content

Your answers, your journal, your commitments and your ambition remain yours. The foundation claims no ownership of them and never publishes them without an act on your part.

It obtains only the rights strictly needed to store them, return them to you and produce your reading — nothing more. You may delete them, and deleting them also deletes the documents derived from them.

What the reading is, and what it is not

This section is not boilerplate: it describes a real limit of the instrument.

  • The reading is based on your own answers. It describes what you say you do and the effect you believe you produce — never a third party's view of you.
  • It is not a medical diagnosis, a psychological assessment, or professional advice.
  • It must not be used as a basis for any hiring, promotion or disciplinary decision about anyone.

Feedback requested from peers, where you seek it, remains individual perception and is presented as such.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and carry no consideration in return. They condition no access and grant no particular right on the platform.

A donation made is not refundable, save for a manifest error reported within a reasonable time. A receipt is issued for donations that qualify; deductibility follows the tax law applicable to your situation, and is not a warranty of the foundation.

Availability

The platform is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It may be interrupted for maintenance, evolve, or have some of its functions changed or withdrawn.

Liability

Within the limits permitted by Swiss law, the foundation is liable in cases of gross negligence or intent. It is not answerable for the decisions you take on reading your results, nor for the content of third-party sites that links point to.

Ending use

You may close your account at any time. The foundation may discontinue the service, or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, informing you where that is possible.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date in force appears at the top of the page. A substantial change is notified to account holders before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
